ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing candidates from Job portals and social networking sites.
- Scheduling interviews with Account Managers, following up with candidates and providing timely feedback to the management.
- Responsibility will include job understanding, sourcing, screening, Qualifying, and submitting candidates based on requisition.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good communication skills
- Previous international BPO/KPO experience.
- Ability to work individually or in a team.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Work onsite at office location
