  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US using a variety of innovative methods to find the most appropriate candidate.
  • Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
  • Maintain close contact with Candidates/Vendors/ Onsite team through constant engagement with all the relevant parties involved.
  • Maintain and track all relevant metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle (Contact ratio, Conversion ratio, Dropout ratio).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • More than 1 year of experience in US Recruitment (Pharma jobs).
  • Experience working on permanent roles such as Clinical Researcher, Lab Assistant, Director, Lab Managers etc.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with job portals such as Monster, Dice, Indeed, Career builder.
  • Experience working on ATS.
  • Experience on MS Office
  • Experience with W2, 1099, C2C tax terms.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have experience of 360 degree Nurses/Doctors recruitment (Locum)
  • Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job Portals, Database, references etc.
  • Must have experience of sourcing and pre-screening Nurses/Doctors/HCAs
  • Must be an active biller

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong Excel, Word, HTML or other technical skills are advantageous

Ideal Candidate:

  •  Should have minimum 6 months of experience working as a compliance officer.
  • He/she should have experience of chasing (via – phone, email and text) candidates for outstanding documents
  • Should know how to apply DBS (Disclosure Barring Certificate), references, booking candidate for training and FTW (Fit to Work)
  • Should have sound knowledge of Right to Work
  • Should have done both i.e. New candidate compliant and candidate database maintenance
