Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking and Employee Referrals
• Experienced in Recruiting UK Permanent and Locum Healthcare professionals (Nurse’s/Doctor’s)
• Experienced working with the complete 360 Degree recruitments in the UK Span
• Strong experience working on Applicant Tracking system
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Experience negotiating compensation and bring closure of a potential applicant
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
• Willing to work on dedicated deadlines

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 12+ Months of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process in the UK with the NHS
• Strong desire to self-learn
• Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree

• Excellent communication, typing speed, email etiquette with result orientation, computer knowledge
